What is NewEra Finance?
NewEra Finance
NewEra Finance, incubated by the Uniswap Foundation, is the first secondary marketplace for Real World Assets (RWAs). We’re pioneering access to the $6.58B RWA market, enabling the trading of 100+ tokenized assets including U.S. Treasury Bonds, Global Bonds, Commodities, Stocks, ETFs, and Currencies.
Our Mission
We connect TradFi and DeFi—simplifying access to RWAs and optimizing how they’re traded.
Why NewEra Matters
RWA Growth: $6.58B TVL in tokenized RWAs, growing at 262% CAGR.
DEX Momentum: On-chain trading is growing at 336% CAGR, now ~50% of all crypto trades.
Global Regulation: 60+ jurisdictions now have frameworks for tokenization and stablecoins.
The challenge? RWAs have lacked liquidity, transparency and accessibility. The solution? NewEra Finance delivers a multi-chain, automated, transparent marketplace.
Key Features
Optimized Trading for RWA
Self-select RWA projects and trade via smart routing across NewEra Uniswap V4 Pools & 130+ aggregation sources with multiple execution strategies.
Dollar Cost Average & Auto-Limit Order
Leveraging Uniswap V4 Hooks, On-Chain Automations & TWAMM Technology, NewEra Finance fully automates RWA Investments.
Users can schedule DCA trades on their chosen RWA portfolio. To optimize pricing, even in low liquidity markets, we set limit orders via Chainlink Data Feeds aligned with the underlying RWA issuance or redemption price. This concept is similar to slippage. Users can set their tolerance level for the premium they are willing to pay above the asset's value. The higher the tolerance, the quicker the execution, as the position becomes more attractive for arbitrage.
Auto-Limit Orders: Execute trades based on oracle-driven RWA issuance/redemption prices + user tolerance.
If pool price ≤ oracle price + tolerance: Execute swap normally.
If pool price > oracle price + tolerance: Create limit order at oracle price + tolerance.
